Real support from someone who actually gets it — no scripts, no clipboard, no judgment. Community access, life skills, and independent living for neurodivergent people aged 12+. NDIS welcome, private bookings too.
What I do
Cookie-cutter support doesn't work for neurodivergent people. Everything I do is built around you — your goals, your pace, your way of being in the world. And that includes the small stuff, the weird stuff, and the stuff you've been embarrassed to ask for before.

Not your typical support worker
I'm autistic. I've spent years looking for support that actually made sense for who I am — and struggled to find it. That's a big part of why Spectrum Supports exists. I know first-hand what it's like to need help that feels right, and to keep coming up empty.
I'm not interested in being a 'professional' support worker in the traditional sense. I want to work with people who are looking for something genuine — someone who matches their energy, respects their autonomy, and actually wants to spend time with them.
Meet the founderWhy people choose me
A lot of neurodivergent people have had support workers who showed up late, read from a script, or just didn't get it. I hear that constantly — and honestly, I've lived it too. Spectrum Supports was built for people who are done settling for average.
This isn't a franchise. It's one person — autistic, with 20+ years of professional experience across customer service, hospitality, disability support, youth work, and management — who actually gives a damn.
* $65/hr applies to Monday–Friday standard daytime hours. Evening, weekend, and public holiday rates differ — see the Pricing page for full details.
How to access support
NDIS participant? Great. No NDIS plan? Also great. I'm flexible, and I'll work out what suits your situation — including private bookings, casual sessions, or just a one-off thing.
You're in control of your plan, and you choose who you work with. I invoice you directly after sessions — easy to claim back from the NDIA. I'll walk you through it if you're not sure how.
Your plan manager handles the admin. I handle the support. I work with all plan management providers in Tasmania — just let them know you'd like to use Spectrum Supports.
No NDIS plan, or just prefer to pay privately? That works too. Same rate, same quality of support. Reach out and I'll figure out the details with you.
Genuinely, just ask. I'm happy to have an honest conversation about your situation — no pressure, no jargon, no sales pitch. I'd rather help you find the right support than sign you up for something that isn't the right fit.
NDIS participants: Spectrum Supports Tasmania is an unregistered provider. I support self-managed and plan-managed participants. Learn more about NDIS funding options →
If something here resonates — reach out. No forms, no waiting lists, no awkward intake process. Just a real conversation, and we'll figure out from there whether it's the right fit.
